Privacy Policy

Admin @ Elks Lodge is a staff tool run by Palo Alto Elks Lodge #1471 for choosing who can open each of the lodge's apps.

What we collect

When lodge staff sign in with Google, we receive their name and email address. We use them only to confirm that the person is on the lodge staff list and to record which staff member made a change.

The app shows the lodge's access list: the email addresses and names of people given access to the lodge's apps, the groups they are in, and which groups can open each app.

How it is used and shared

This information is used only for lodge business. It is visible only to authorized lodge staff, and is never sold or shared with anyone outside the lodge.
